Humax 9150 Problems

Humax 9150 problems.

These are current, despite the box having had the latest update in FEB.

1) Box fails to record many programs scheduled

2) Box crashes frequently during use, which requires power off which can result in loss of what you were recording

3) Box crashes whilst not being used which prevents box from doing scheduled recordings.

4) If while recording you want to watch something else, you sometimes get the message "no signal" on the channel you want to watch and in addition changing channel from the channel being recorded can cause the recording to fail.

    Our box crashes everyday and we have to unplug power to get it to respond. Humax told us all will be fixed on latest software update but we still have an unreliable box :(

    Next stop, trading standards.

  3. UNRELIABLE PILE OF SHIT. FUCK SAGEM. SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE CALLS BACK, NO REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS EITHER. SHODDY PRODUCT THAT THEY ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR.

  4. Having same issue as everyone else on Humax 9150T. Done all the usual resets and have tried talking to Humax but same old story of promised software update to fix the problem and then Humax release the update for 9150T which doesnt fix anything. Its not very good customer service and I would not buy a Humax again.

  5. Yep me too! I have a humax 9150t and its been useless and so have humax support. Still doesnt record stuff and still crashes and loses recordings. Today for example it refused to do anything on the remote and even switching it off and on at the wall didnt cure it - had to do a full reset and lose ALL my recordings!! Not impressed. As someone else said Humax are shit!

  6. Had a problem playing back stuff i recorded for over a year and Humax just keep saying wait til the next update but all updates have been done and its still very hit and miss with this Humax 9200. Whens it going to be fixed??????
